Mooffers Website Terms of Service Last Revised: June 2, 2026 Article 1 Agreement Confirmation This Agreement constitutes a service contract between users (visitors and clients) and Mooffers regarding the use of the official website. By browsing pages, filling out forms or using online consultation services, users shall be deemed to voluntarily accept all provisions of these Terms of Service, which shall be legally binding. Mooffers reserves the right to revise these Terms of Service at any time. Revised contents will be posted on the official website. Continued use of the website by users shall constitute acceptance of the updated terms. Article 2 Website Services The Mooffers official website provides free browsing services including corporate introduction, product display, technical solutions, online inquiry, business consultation and public contact information. All paid services (customized solutions and project cooperation) shall be governed by separate formal commercial contracts. These Terms of Service shall not replace any official commercial contracts. Users shall bear all costs related to their network devices and communication fees. Mooffers shall not be liable for any hardware or software expenses incurred by users. Article 3 Code of Conduct (Prohibited Acts) Users are prohibited from engaging in the following acts. Mooffers reserves the right to restrict IP access and block user information upon discovery of any violation: 1. Violating national laws and regulations: Publishing politically sensitive, pornographic, violent, false, infringing content or illegal investment promotion information; 2. Malicious attacks: Conducting aggressive web crawling, DDoS attacks, implanting viruses, attempting to crack the website backend or tampering with page content; 3. Identity fraud: Submitting false inquiries or fake cooperation intentions by impersonating individuals or enterprises; 4. Infringement acts: Using Mooffers trademarks, logos, product images and copywriting for commercial gains without authorization; 5. Any other improper acts that damage the brand, property or reputation of Mooffers. Article 4 Intellectual Property Rights All content on the website, including texts, images, logos, product drawings, videos, copywriting and layout designs, is owned by CECOM and protected by the Copyright Law and Trademark Law of the People's Republic of China No entity or individual may reproduce, use for commercial purposes, modify or replicate the website content without prior written and stamped authorization from Mooffers. Non-commercial personal reproduction shall clearly indicate the source as "Mooffers Official Website". The intellectual property rights of messages posted by third parties on the website shall belong to the respective publishers. Message publishers shall guarantee that their content does not infringe upon the rights of others, and shall assume full legal liabilities for any infringement arising therefrom. Article 5 Disclaimer The website is provided on an "as-is" basis. Mooffers endeavors to ensure 7×24-hour normal access. Mooffers shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses (including loss of business opportunities and revenue) caused by temporary service suspension or access failure due to network operator failures, hacker attacks, natural disasters, server maintenance or other force majeure events. The website may contain links to third-party partner platforms. Mooffers shall not be held jointly liable for the content and privacy policies of such third-party websites. Users shall independently negotiate and sign cooperation agreements based on the information displayed on the website. All cooperation details shall be subject to formal offline contracts. The content on the website is for reference only and shall not constitute an offer or commitment. Article 6 Suspension and Termination of Services If a user violates the prohibitions stipulated in Article 3, Mooffers may unilaterally block the user's IP address, delete submitted information and terminate all services. If Mooffers shuts down the official website due to business adjustments or strategic changes, prior notice will be posted on the homepage. Signed cooperation projects shall continue to be performed in accordance with existing commercial contracts. Article 7 Privacy Provisions Submission of personal information on the website shall be subject to the *Mooffers Privacy Policy*. In case of any conflict between these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy concerning personal information, the Privacy Policy shall prevail. Article 8 Dispute Resolution These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the people's court at the place where Mooffers is registered for litigation. Article 9 Miscellaneous If any clause of these Terms is deemed invalid by a court, the remaining clauses shall remain fully valid and enforceable.
